This year, I had the opportunity to participate in Carols on the Narrows as a member of the school choir. The choir performed a selection of Christmas songs in the foyer for family and friends, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

Our music director, Mr. Miceli, led us through many rehearsals to prepare for the performance. The concert included a mix of solos, an acappella song, and a piece led by one singer with the entire choir joining in. These different styles make the performance engaging and showcased the group’s many talents.

As this was my first year in choir, the experience was especially meaningful to me. With each rehearsal and the final performance, I learned so much and felt proud to be part of such a dedicated group of singers.

One choir member, Gabriella Morrone, shared her thoughts on the event: “Carols on the Narrows this year was so much fun! It was amazing to perform for everyone in the foyer. I think our choir sounded fantastic this year and I’m very proud of all of us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m thrilled with the results.”

Overall, Carols on the Narrows was a special experience that celebrated the holiday season and the hard work of the choir.
