From February 9th to the 13th our Fontbonne community celebrated our annual Courtesy, Respect, and Pride Week. Both students and faculty embraced the daily varying themes with excitement!

We kicked off the week with a half dress-down on Monday! We wore our school merch with uniform bottoms. We were able to enjoy the day in our comfy hoodies while showing pride for the school that we all call our home away from home. Our hallways were full of blue and gray, complementing each other and setting the tone for the days to come.

On Tuesday, we celebrated Student Appreciation Day. We got to enjoy a full dress-down, which all students were thrilled about. But that wasn’t all, we also had a no homework day! We were extremely grateful for the well-deserved break and appreciated the recognition for all the dedication we put into our studies.

Wednesday we got to kick back our feet and relax on our “Show Down Day.” Students got to wear their comfiest pair of shoes to school. From slippers to sneakers, students were excited to switch up their footwear for a day.

Thursday spotlighted our school’s fantastic teachers on Teacher Appreciation Day. It was dressed as your favorite teacher day. It was fun to see students’ attempts to replicate their teacher's outfit. It was nice to showcase our hard-working teachers and show them how grateful we are to have them in our lives.

We wrapped up the week with a Galentines Day celebration on Friday. All students were encouraged to wear pink and red to represent the love we have for each other, with proceeds going to support Sports Night.

CPR Week was not just a series of themed days, but it was a reminder of the pride, respect, and courtesy that make our school community so special. Students and Faculty came together to celebrate our appreciation for each other and our shared school spirit.
