The 2023 Grammys were a big hit this year. A total of 35 celebs won for their musical talents - and here are some of the highlights.
“Queen Bey,” also known as the famous Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter, who is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer, was awarded the best dance/electronic music album award for her album Renaissance. This was her record-breaking 32nd Grammy win, out of 79 nominations. Beyonce is now both the most awarded and most nominated singer.
One of the most popular celebrities today, Harry Styles, was awarded album of the year for Harry’s House, his third solo album. Styles’s inspiration was clearly seen throughout his album - from upbeat hits to slower, more melancholy tracks. Accepting his award he said, “This is really, really kind. I’m so, so grateful.”
Famous singer-songwriter Adele won a Grammy Award for best pop solo performance for “Easy on Me.” She was also very grateful for her award - so grateful that she dedicated it to her son, Angelo. While giving her speech she said, “I wrote this first verse in the shower when I was choosing to change my son’s life, and he’s been nothing but humble and gracious and loving to me the whole time.”
These are just a few of the Grammy Award winners. The 2023 Grammy Awards was a success. Famous song artists got recognized and nominated for best song and song album of the year. They all deserved their awards for their best songs. Each and every one of them are unique music artists who have a talent for writing great songs and creating awesome albums.
