The 2025 Grammy Awards, also known as the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, are coming up and the nominations have been released. It will be taking place on February 25, 2025 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and will be broadcasted live on CBS Television Network and Paramount+.

The award show celebrates and awards artists, producers, songwriters, engineers, and mixers. The winners will be chosen by Recording Academy Voting Members that consist of creators in the recording industry. There are 94 categories with no new categories added this year. Here are some of the nominations for the 2025 Grammy

  1. Record of the Year

Record of the Year is awarded to a single track or single and to the artist(s), album producer(s), recording engineer(s), mastering engineer(s), and/or mixer(s). A single is a song or instrumental that is separately released from an album. A track is when a song or instrumental is released with an album. They are both judged identically even though the qualifications are different.

The award is given to artist(s), featured artist(s), songwriter(s), producer(s), recording engineer(s), mixers(s), and mastering engineer(s) who are credited with a minimum of 20% playing time in the album.
