On February 1st, 2026, one of the most anticipated events of the year took place: the Grammy Awards. This year's ceremony was packed with awards, unforgettable performances, and some of the biggest names in music.

The show opened up with ROSE and Bruno Mars performing one of the most popular songs of the year, “APT.” Their energy-filled performance was a hit, and it set the mood for the night. After several award presentations, viewers eagerly awaited the next act of the: Sabrina Carpenter! Carpenter performed one of her hit songs, “Manchild,” a song nominated in multiple categories. Her set for the performance was themed after an airport, and Sabrina took the stage as the pilot. Many fans speculated that her performance hinted at a possible "Man's Best Friend” tour for her latest album!

One of the leading events of the night was the Best New Artist category and its performances. The nominees included Olivia Dean, Alex Warren, Sombr, Addison Rae, KATSEYE, Leon Thomas, Lola Young, and The Marias. Each of these artists showcased their best hits, giving audiences a glimpse of the talent that gained them recognition to this point. However, not every performance went smoothly. Alex Warren faced some technical difficulties with his earpiece while performing “Ordinary.” The music was doubled and slightly ahead in his ears. Still, Warren delivered an amazing performance, proving that the show must go on.

Later on in the evening, viewers enjoyed watching LadyGaga perform her fan-favorite hit “Abraccabara.” After a four-year absence, Justin Bieber returned to the Grammy stage to perform “Yukon” from his new album, SWAG. His acoustic performance featured a cozy living room, reflecting his new life as a dad, as he performed in boxers and socks. Many fans of Bieber were thrilled to see him back at the Grammys after his hiatus!

One of the most popular performances of the night was Tyler, the Creator. He performed “Thought I was Dead” from his latest album Chromakopia and “Sugar On My Tongue” from Don’t Tap The Glass. Tyler’s set was themed around a gas station and included a special appearance by Regina King.

The ceremony also included multiple tributes for those who have passed this past year. An emotional tribute to Ozzy Osbourne brought together Post Malone, Slash, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, and Duff McKagan. Also, Ms. Lauryn Hill honored Roberta Flack and D'Angelo, celebrating their musical impact.

To close the show, Clipse and Pharrell Williams performed, ending the 2026 Grammys with a high note.

All in all, the performances this year at the 2026 Grammy Awards were full of energy, creativity, and excitement, giving fans a peek into the future of music. Definitely looking forward to the 2027 Grammy Awards!
