You guessed it! The Eras Tour is back for an international leg. Coming to Swifties from Tokyo and the United Kingdom and everywhere in between, Taylor Swift’s global impact just hit 13 times harder.
Beginning on February 7, 2024, Swift visited Tokyo and played four shows, starting on the Thursday and ending on Saturday (just in time for the Super Bowl!). She completely lit up Tokyo Dome, and supporters from all over the world were excited to finally have her back.
Swifties living on other sides of the globe were counting down the days until they got to see all of the new outfits, hear special announcements regarding her new album: “The Tortured Poets Department,” and listen to all of the new surprise songs that she had planned for that night.
“I love watching her perform for a different audience every night and still have the same passion that she did the night or week before. She brings so much joy to so many people from every part of the world, and it is really nice to see how she dedicates her time to being on stage and doing what she loves for the people who love her.” says Isabella Trantino ‘24.
Swift is an icon in the music industry, breaking records and selling out stadiums, while simultaneously keeping Swifties on their toes with new music.
Now that the Eras Tour has started up once again, there are more live streams to watch and surprise songs to look forward to every weekend, and Swifties are set!
