Meet the Junior Editor: Scarlett Shin

Hi! My name is Scarlett Shin.

I am one of the junior editors this year. I have been a part of Folio since my freshman year, and last year I was a sectional editor. I am also on SAC, Students for Soldiers, and Fontbonne Against Cancer. I enjoy writing about local news, specifically about the NYC area, and want our newspaper to follow in that direction. I think it is important for high school students to be aware of what is happening in the world, which is why I joined Folio. I am looking forward to this year on Folio alongside my fellow editors!
