The NBA playoffs started on the 15th of April and will go until June. A total of 16 teams go to the playoffs. As of last night the NBA 2023 finals is set with the Denver Nuggets facing the Miami Heat. All of the teams have worked extremely hard, but only 2 of the teams were able to make it this far.
The NBA playoffs start off with the conference semifinals. After those games were the conference finals. Many people take the NBA playoffs very seriously and go crazy over these games. The New York Knicks made it very far this year and this had New Yorkers extremely happy. Lots of people love Lebron James and Stephen Curry, but when it comes down to the Lakers vs. the Warriors fans go crazy. Nikola Jokić took the Denver Nuggets very far this year. Jokić won Western Conference finals MVP.
The NBA playoffs are a very exciting time for many people. This year has made many fans happy and sad. With the Knicks coming so far this year and the Lakers losing, many fans have had different feelings. Overall, the playoffs give people a chance to travel and watch games all over America.
