The lights shine bright

Oh, what a beautiful sight

But nothing underneath the tree

No presents for me

No gifts that bring glee

I await for Santa

As I write this stanza

To bring presents

Underneath the tree

That are just for me

The clock strikes midnight

Soon there will be light

Will there be something underneath the tree?

Oh how I plea!

The morning comes

And I hear music strum

I race down the stairs

I feel something in the air

Could he have come?

Now underneath the tree

Awaited presents for me

The wait was over

Christmas has come

Santa has came

Oh, underneath the tree

What a beautiful sight to me!
