Junior Trip to Bryant Park

Katelyn Kmiotek '26

It's a long tradition at Fontbonne that each class goes on a trip together each year. This year on December 8th our Junior class went to Bryant Park!

To start off the Christmas season, the Junior’s spent the day at Bryant Park Christmas Village. During their time at the park, students shopped at various boutiques, ate from the myriad of food stands, and some even ice staked. Not only was this a fun experience, but it was also a wonderful bonding experience for the Junior class.

Many students spent the day buying gifts for family and friends. The village had different gifts from clothes, and ornaments, to jewelry and so much more. There were also many popular food stands. Some of my favorite foods in the village were chocolate-covered strawberries, hot chocolate, french fries and chicken fingers, and fried pickles.

Along with Mrs. B, a handful of students went ice skating. Many students who weren’t ice skating watched. Although many students had trouble, their friends came to help and many laughs were shared.

Overall this was a fun day for the Junior class. They got to spend time with each other and make new memories they’ll cherish forever!
